Customer Logistic Support is a division of Fincantieri S.p.A. that provides a wide range of logistic services to naval vessel clients (maintenance, refitting, training, manuals, spare parts). I am head of the Controlling department of the division with the additional role of support to the Deputy Director on strategic analysis. I’m also the interface between the controlling and commercial department for the preparation of naval vessels bids.
With my team I was focused mainly on controlling and administration activities of the Company. I was also in charge of the management of the corporate and governance. Other responsibilities/ activities: − Support to the Chairman and the CEO in the decision making process; − Preparation of the economic and financial Quarterly and Annual Reports and the Budget and re- forecast of the Company; − Return on investment evaluation focused on development of new products and systems;
Business Controller of the Headquarter as direct support of the Group Chief Controller on all the activities of the department. Main responsibilities/ activities: − Preparation of the economic and financial Business Plan 2018-2022 of the VARD Group; − Analysis of the consolidated Group economics for Budget and Actuals and reporting to the parent Company (P&L, Balance Sheet, Headcount, Hours, Overhead, Orderbook and Capex); − Support the Management Team in decision making process performing specific analysis; − Formalization of Group process and procedures; − Collaboration with the Business Development of the Group in M&A operations
