I started writing articles for the Instagram news page @near.ita (with over 9,000 followers), initially as a hobby. Over time, I took on the role of coordinating the team of writers. Thanks to my team management skills and my creativity in developing new content formats—while continuing to contribute as a writer—I became Editor-in-Chief. I currently lead a team of 5 writers and 5 graphic designers.
Internship experience at KPMG Italy, in the Milan office. I worked on various projects related to value propositions for companies in the insurance sector, as well as on the management and analysis of large datasets related to the industry. This experience strengthened my teamwork and collaboration skills, and significantly enhanced my lateral thinking abilities in solving complex and unexpected problems.
I wrote strategic and informational analysis articles for the Bocconi student association Aleph. I later took on the role of Social Media Manager for several months. During this experience, I significantly developed my organisational skills and my ability to coordinate the work of multiple team members.
School-Work Learning experience at the Elfo Puccini Theatre in Milan. I attended rehearsals of various plays, followed by discussions and interviews with the director, actors, and all members involved in the production. I also wrote theatre reviews and contributed to the promotional campaign of a show by creating posters, flyers, and billboards.
