Responsibility: - Monitoring network performance in Tangerang Region - Do Preventive Maintenance (PM) for Metro-Ethernet (ME) device - Do Corrective Maintenance if an accident occurs for ME device - Perform troubleshoot if an incident or service degrade occurred - Perform configuration by remote on IP/MPLS network - Perform improvement on IP/MPLS network by doing upgrade link capacity, re-engineering, module insertion/ replacement/ upgrade & migrate service within same or new box (hot/ cold swap) - Collaborate with another division (IS, AMQE, CCAN & WAN) to provide port allocation for new service integration or upgrade uplink capacity for L2/L3 switch, OLT/ GPON and any other system. - Supervised project activity performed by vendor or third parties
Project Indosat. Responsibility: - Monitoring project activity as L1 & L2 escalation for EOS (OH/NOH) - Perform configuration by remote on IP/MPLS network - Perform troubleshoot & create RCA if an incident occurred - Provide CAB meeting to customer for project activity - Do daily meeting with customer regarding performance and progress of project activity - Perform escalation to TAC/RND/L3 regarding issue on IP/MPLS network or the devices
Project Indosat. Responsibility: - Monitoring project activity as L2 escalation for EOS (OH/NOH) - Perform configuration by remote on IP/MPLS network e.g. provisioning service, troubleshot service down (l2 & l3vpn) and re-route service tunnel. - Perform troubleshoot & create RCA if an incident occurred - Perform training & sharing session for new & current engineer - Leading & mentoring members (Field & Network Engineer)
Project Indosat. Responsibility: - Provide MoP for project activity (installation, integration, upgrade module & firmware, protocol activation and also migration for b2b, cellular & core network) - Monitoring project as L1 escalation for engineer on site (EOS) - Provide CAB meeting to customer for project activity - Perform escalation to CE (internal) according implementation of LLD, scope of work & detail of project activity
Project Indosat. Responsibility: - Provide technical support to customer site - Troubleshoot hardware faulty and perform replacement
