Dedicated researcher and professional with a strong background in agrifrood systems. I have recently taken on a role as a PhD(c) at L'Institut Agro Dijon, where I am tasked with the understanding and the optimisation of cork stoppers in the ageing of champagne. Previously, as a Researcher at IUVV (University Institute of Vine and Wine-Jules Guyot), I have worked on hybrid grape polyphenols extraction and characterisation and as a Researcher at Saint Joseph University of Beirut, I've extended my expertise by focusing on the prevalence of mycotoxins from staple food samples. I have also gathered valuable experience in the business realm as a Business Development Associate. My academic achievements include a Double Master's diploma in Microbiology and Physicochemistry for Food and Wine Processes from AgroSup Dijon and in Food Chemistry from Saint Joseph University of Beirut. Furthermore, I have a deep-rooted passion for understanding the science and public concerns surrounding food matrices. I am committed to driving innovation and understanding aiming to make impactful contributions to the agrifood sector.
