I'm a strategy, research and enterprise development consultant who helps organisations understand complex problems before deciding how to solve them. My work combines research, business analysis and programme support to help clients strengthen businesses, design better programmes and make informed decisions. I enjoy assignments that require understanding how organisations, markets and ecosystems function, identifying what is getting in the way, and translating evidence into practical recommendations. Although much of my recent work has been in circular economy, regenerative agriculture, entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystems, I consider myself sector agnostic. My approach transfers across industries because it focuses on understanding systems, people and processes. My experience spans ecosystem mapping, stakeholder analysis, SME diagnostics, operational reviews, qualitative research, programme coordination, partnership development and proposal development. I have worked with SMEs, consulting teams, donor-funded programmes and innovation support organisations across East Africa, contributing to assignments ranging from business diagnostics and ecosystem research to enterprise development and programme implementation. I'm interested in work at the intersection of program management, enterprise development, investment readiness, operational diagnostics and evidence-based decision making. I'm looking for consulting opportunities, contract work, fractional roles and full time work. Over time, I hope to specialise further in enterprise diagnostics and due diligence, helping businesses become genuinely investment-ready while supporting funders to make more informed investment decisions. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Counselling Psychology and am currently pursuing an MBA at Strathmore Business School alongside a Certificate in Data & Business Analytics.
