After a career as a senior Marketer in Global Big Tech and the completion of my Amazon journey, I'm co-founder of a Day One Careers and HireSchool. We focus on helping people on both sides of the hiring process to get the right person, in place for the long term. My experience on both sides of the table, along with rigorous training from some top employers as well as a deep analytical and programmatic approach to problem solving- means I understand the challenges of hiring and have developed practical, actionable content and training to address them. Using my years of interviewing and Bar Raising experience at Amazon I designed and built a programme of digital courses that will make you an expert in the Amazon Leadership Principles and how to perform in an Amazon interview. My mission is to make expert Amazon interview coaching attainable to all.
The primary objective of my role is to ensure that BT Business has an agreed executable medium term sales strategy for BT Business SME and Corporate Units. This includes clear articulation of the future vision and capabilities of the sales channels in BT Business. Using my knowledge and experience in Marketing, Data, Digital and Sales, my role is to lead, advise and challenge on plans and priorities to ensure there is sufficient supporting analysis and logic behind all plans and proposals. I work alongside Sales MDs to generate and evaluate ideas for alternative and disruptive opportunities to achieve medium term goals, supporting business case development and prioritisation of plans.
The role reports to the CEO, leading a fledgling Marketing team in an enterprise unit providing Online Marketing service to SMEs. I’m a key decision maker on the board of the unit, central to all major strategic and commercial decisions. I have specific responsibility for the strategy and deliverables around maintaining and acquiring customers using CRM, lead generation and management, propositions, and communications.
Spearheading one of the most strategically important products in the BT Consumer portfolio. I am responsible for owning the delivery of all aspects of Marketing’s activity to deliver Infinity volumes and KPIs. Leading in defining the strategies developed and executed within the Infinity marketing team and the key interface into other teams in Marketing and other BT with an interest in BT Infinity.
