Organizational transformation usually hits a wall because people treat change management, culture, and learning as three different problems. I’ve spent the last decade proving they are actually very well intertwined. Most recently, I’ve been driving the people transformation agenda at EssilorLuxottica. Designing a culture shift that resonates across 200,000 people in 150 markets is as complex as it sounds, but it is exactly where I do my best work. Before moving into the transformation side, I built and led the company’s global L&D function from the ground up. My background is rooted in consulting at Accenture and Methodos. I’ve worked across "heavy" industries like steel, automotive, and energy, as well as financial services. Those years taught me that whether you are building a car or crafting a beautiful frame for a luxury eyewear, the friction of human behavior remains the constant. Whether I am designing an executive development journey for high-potentials or a full-cycle digital transformation strategy, I focus on the bridge between organizational identity and everyday leadership habits. I also spent three years on the board of Assochange, Italy’s Change Management association. It is a role that keeps me connected to where the discipline is headed, ensuring my approach stays fresh and doesn't get stuck in a single company's echo chamber.
