Mechatronics Engineer driven by the intersection of high-performance engineering and project management. My core strength lies in my ability to solve complex problems and deliver results while working under pressure, a skill I refined during my placement as a Motorsport Program Management Placement at Mercedes High Performance Powertrains. I am genuinely passionate about project management processes, from initial planning to final execution. My technical toolkit complements this passion, with proficiency in Solidworks for design, Matlab for analysis, and MS Project, Power BI, and Alteryx for seamless project coordination.
Optimized Program Assumptions analysis by aligning engineering and financial data, reducing processing time by 50%. Developing automated and AI-driven solutions to streamline Program Planning and timing workflows.
As a Motorsport program management placement, I was part of the team that delivered F1 PU ERS hardware on time and within cost cap by coordinating stakeholders and creating / supporting the build plan. I also worked on planning for the future program, creating a risk mitigation strategy and coordinating supply chain and engineering based on the top level plan milestones. Finally I built automated reporting tools (Power BI, Alteryx, SAP) to boost data visibility and speed up decision-making as well as risk mitigation actions.
General project management within the team, creation of a procurement plan, management of work plan and application on the FMEA and risk management methodology within the team
Creation of a Logistics plan for the vehicle, it’s components and the competition, coordination with Project Management and Cost & Manufacture to elaborate a Procurement methodology.
As a Formula E Staff Volunteer Supervisor I was taking part in the management of the volunteers as well as taking part in the activities with all my team in order to achieve a good operation so the Formula E event could take place without any inconvenience.
