Providing Financial Leadership and Guidance to deliver the Company’s sustainability targets across Climate, Water, Waste and Nature, covering the Procter and Gamble’s end-to-end supply chain.
Provide impactful support to deliver against the Company priority to replace the 30+ year old supply chain systems that form the backbone of the Company’s operations, including material sourcing, planning, manufacturing, customer fulfillment, logistics, billing, cash collection and financial reporting.
Lead and deliver on the Company Priority to close control gaps and ensure internal/external compliance when transporting raw, pack, intermediate materials and finished products
- Leading the Strategy setting in terms of Goals, Objectives and Measures for the CEEMEA region for the respective Fabric & Home Care Categories (Laundry Detergents, Fabric Softeners, Surface Care, Dish Care). - Enable the local organizations to deliver their respecitve sub-goals via quality upstream innovation, portfolio management, pricing strategies, optimimal supply chain setup, etc. - Ensure quality Profit Forecasting & Profit Proofing to deliver the fiscal year targets - Leading the Product Supply Sourcing Studies & Competitive Analysis (Henkel & Unilever).
* Provide Accurate Monthly Profit Forecast Updates for Israel/Gaza, Lebanon, Syria & Jordan * Create & Build new MS-Access-based Forecasting Tool that allows flexibility while capturing all business insights/dynamics.
* Lead the transition SAP R/2 to SAP R/3 for all Benelux P&G Entities * Coordinate the integration of the Belgium Accounting department into the Newcastle Share Service Center. * Based in Newcastle (UK)
