Was part of the team that carved out the Heat Exchangers segment out of GEA Group AG. After carve out rebranded the Air Treatment part into DencoHappel. Was further a driving force behind the strategy that lead to the acquisition of Fläkt Woods as well as the merger of DencoHappel and Fläkt Woods into FläktGroup (EU merger case M.8121).
