Directing a team of 10 to 12 on-call Human Resource Professionals delivering compensation, part-time HR management, HR assessments and audits, contract recruiting, benefit services, supervisory coaching and training, as well as trouble shooting customer specific inquiries; Managed administration, staffing and daily operations, including budget constraints, performance management, resource planning and customized services and programs.
