to the President of Northern Virginia Community College as Program Manager for NoVaHealthFORCE. • Responsible for the development of initiative to reduce regional nursing and allied health care worker shortage. • Managed numerous focus groups to respond to PriceWaterhouseCoopers study on the social-economic impact of the shortage. • Convened work groups to develop action plan to respond to study recommendations. • Convened inaugural meeting of regional healthcare CEO’s and college and university presidents who cooperatively establish a long term strategy to address the shortage.
