Responsible for driving the Group Technical Strategy across sites in Australia and New Zealand. Customers include leading Australian retailers as well as online health balanced convenience meals.
Overseeing the technical function at a multi factory site that manufactures a variety of fried ethnic snacks and baked ready meals for M&S, Tesco, Waitrose and Sainsbury's. Acting as Lead Technical Manager on M&S and Sainsbury's accounts. Involved in the design of factory layout and technical systems for a brand new £10million factory. Achieved year-on-year improvement in customer complaint reduction as well as major achievements in customer audits such as a double gold M&S audit and Green for the site's first routine Tesco PIU audit.
Managing a team of Quality Supervisors and Quality Controllers working together to ensure product safety, quality and legality.
