I build trust infrastructure for regulated industries, with a focus on pharmaceutical supply chains and high-value products. As Founder & CEO of MediCoinSwiss, I work on technologies that connect physical products to tamper-resistant digital identities — enabling secure authentication, anti-counterfeit protection and traceability across global supply chains. Our work focuses on the intersection of: • Pharma • Biologics & drug-delivery devices • High-value regulated products • Pharmaceutical supply chain integrity • Anti-counterfeit infrastructure MediCoinSwiss develops a TrustLayer architecture that links physical products to verifiable digital identities using technologies such as: • hardware security elements (RFID / NFC / PUF) • QR-based verification • cryptographic signatures • blockchain-anchored identity infrastructure The goal is simple: Ensure that a physical product can be verified anywhere in the world. This becomes increasingly relevant as global markets expand for: • GLP-1 therapies • biologics • advanced drug-delivery devices • connected medical products Alongside my work in deep-tech, I also founded FORA – Forensische Reintegration Ambulant, a specialized program within Pflegeservice Zug that supports the structured reintegration of individuals transitioning from psychiatric institutions, correctional facilities and forensic care into everyday life. My professional background includes leadership roles within the Justice System of the Canton of Zurich, where I worked in correctional healthcare and experienced firsthand how critical trust, structure and system design are in complex environments. Today my work focuses on building systems that create integrity, transparency and trust — whether in healthcare, supply chains or society. Currently exploring partnerships in: • Pharma • Biotech • MedTech • high-value regulated products • global pharmaceutical supply chains 📍 Cham, Switzerland
MediCoinSwiss builds technology for secure pharmaceutical product verification at the point of use — via smartphone or standard handheld scanners. Our TrustLayer architecture links the physical pharmaceutical product directly to a verifiable digital identity, enabling tamper-resistant authentication and supply-chain integrity. This approach helps pharmaceutical companies protect high-value therapies, biologics and drug-delivery devices against counterfeiting and grey-market diversion. The goal is simple: Ensure that a physical pharmaceutical product can be securely verified anywhere in the world.
FORA – Forensic Reintegration Ambulatory is a specialized care model developed by Pflegeservice Zug GmbH to provide structured outpatient follow-up for individuals with a background in the criminal justice and correctional system. FORA closes the operational gap between the justice system, psychiatric care, and community-based healthcare services. We provide professionally coordinated support for: • individuals after release from pre-trial detention or prison • clients under outpatient measures according to the Swiss Criminal Code • individuals on probation or under court-imposed conditions • high-risk individuals with psychiatric support needs • transition cases between psychiatric clinics, correctional facilities, and independent living environments Care is delivered in a structured, outreach-based format and coordinated across institutions. Our mandate is clearly defined: stabilization, risk reduction, ensuring continuity of care, and preventing costly relapses or readmissions to institutional settings. FORA works in close cooperation with: • correctional institutions • probation and correctional services • social services • psychiatric clinics • public prosecutors and courts in the context of outpatient measures Nursing services are provided within the framework of the Swiss Health Insurance Act (KVG). Additional coordination services can be integrated when necessary in coordination with the responsible authorities. FORA is not designed as a social project, but as an operational care infrastructure serving the public interest. The objective is controlled, professionally supervised reintegration with clearly defined responsibilities.
As Founder & Managing Director of Pflegeservice Zug GmbH, I lead a next-generation model of psychiatric and home care in Switzerland — uniting digital precision with genuine human empathy. Our mission is to deliver structured, person-centered support that restores balance, dignity, and self-determination for individuals facing mental health challenges. We merge clinical excellence with digital innovation — enabling verified time tracking, transparent communication, and measurable quality outcomes. This approach redefines community-based healthcare: beyond caring for people, we empower them to rebuild autonomy and confidence within their daily lives.
In parallel with Medicoinswiss, I lead Pflegeservice Kilchberg & Wetzikon, supporting individuals facing psychiatric and psychosocial challenges in their home environment — combining empathy, structure, and professional consistency. Our approach extends beyond clinical care: it’s about human connection, self-determination, and restoring balance and dignity in everyday life. Through our FORA project, we aim to redefine reintegration and social recovery — guided by a clear vision: the digital transformation of care and the preservation of human dignity in a connected world. These two worlds — advanced technology and compassionate care — are united by one philosophy: trust, authenticity, and foresight. I believe true innovation happens where deep-tech meets humanity — where systems of logic meet systems of empathy. That intersection builds lasting stability — in global markets, and in the human heart.
