During my postdoctoral training I was involved in following key tasks: (1) Participate in the development of a new research line (2) Manage research collaborations with academic and industry partners (3) Publish manuscripts and participate in writing grants (4) Co-authoring a patent application (5) Present my research at international conferences (e.g. AAIC 2016, AFTD 2016) (6) Hire and guide technical staff (1 direct report) (7) Guide and supervise B.Sc students and Co-supervise PhD students (8) File and lead an animal license according to German Protection of animal act
