• Plan and develop partnership agreements with KOL on the right activity, based on Epilepsy portfolio strategies in order to generate advocacy to BIAL products aligned with the Regional Sales Plan. • Investigator initiated studies (IIS) follow up • Analyse, diagnose and execute the Regional Medical Plan with the customers assigned. • Provide quality medical and scientific support, education and training to internal & external customers. • Report the competitor activities. • Understand and support trough medical initiatives key directives decided by Marketing. • Optimise ad-hoc opportunities for relevant academic/ professional collaboration in the interests of the current and future business needs and developing project proposals in support of a business case for local funding and initiatives. • Facilitate publications on BIAL products, local clinical trials and phase IV studies. • Work according to Business Ethics procedures, to local law and BIAL policies & guidelines.
• Clinical team management • Implement the clinical activities for the products under my responsibility. • Provide the medical knowledge about product, pathology, competitors to the commercial department (Marketing and Sales) and Clinical Specialists • Develop the Medical / Clinical plan for the region • Conduct internal and external educational plans • Execute the necessary studies and ensure their publication and dissemination, contributing to reinforce and strengthen the product strategy at the local level. • Relationship with KOLs and scientific societies

• Development of the Marketing Plan for the strategic products of the company. • Management and monitoring of the activities corresponding to the Marketing Plan and product strategies. • Coordination of the sales, medical and marketing teams for the development of the activities corresponding to the Marketing Plan • Monitoring and coordination of the expenditure budget and the sales target of the product • Promote the development of new and innovative marketing and communication concepts • Support for product development in international marketing teams
• Training and advising clients on the use of our products as well as on the treatment and prevention of chronic wounds • Training and advice to the delegates of my area of work in relation to our products (technical characteristics, positioning) and sanitary issues related to wound healing • Presentations at national and international congresses • Elaboration of posters, papers, clinical studies and articles for clients • Follow-up of promotional actions • Production and preparation of scientific and technical material requested by the company • Establishment and maintenance of commercial relations with clients who are decision makers and opinion leaders • Development and implementation of specific actions to increase sales in the area
