I work on making warehouse and logistics operations run better — shorter cycle times, less waste, cleaner processes, more automation. My background is in process engineering, and most of what I do sits between the technical side (mapping flows, analysing cycle times, feasibility work) and the practical side: getting shop floor teams, engineers and external partners aligned so a change actually sticks. A couple of things I've worked on — extending Digitec Galaxus' same-day delivery to 55% of Swiss households, and more recently setting up lean structures on the shop floor and reworking automation and logistics processes at MS Direct. I'm most useful on projects that need both sides: someone who'll dig into the numbers and make the change happen on the ground.
- Set up the shop floor lean board and the routines around it (visual tracking, regular standups) - Reworking core automation logistics processes end to end
