Throughout my career I have been passionate to engage with customers, understand their technical as well as business painpoints and focus on designing solutions for them. Having a strong technical background I extended my experience in presales, solution sales and outcome based sales topics always trying to understand my customers’ needs first. In my whole career I had the pleasure to work with very large customers all over the world which gave me the possibility to learn from various different cultures like Australian, various different European as well as US and Canadian. More than 20 years of experience in the telecom and IT industry provide a solid background to understand the technologies available for customers to be used on their digital journey. Understanding the impacts of digitalization on customers, competition, data, innovation and value and consulting clients on their digital transformation make every day of work a very interesting one. My areas of expertise are digitalization, unified communications, consultative and outcome based sales methodologies especially for large international customers.
