- Act as a player manager; lead a team of staffing professionals responsible for full lifecycle recruiting for respective client groups across multi-country sites. - Build key relationships with R&D business unit management and hiring managers to support overall hiring initiatives. - Develop and provide meaningful metrics on the status of recruitment, market conditions to business units and recruiting management chain. - Working with the regional and global staffing management, develop branding campaigns, talent acquisition tools and processes to achieve talent acquisition objectives and meet client talent needs. - Hire, train, coach and develop the team. - Proactively research and investigate new sourcing ideas and tools. - Ability to manage multiple and overlapping processes and projects to completion, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines. - Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience.
- Sourcing - Builds and maintains candidate pipelines through Beamery pools and campaigns and leverages multiple avenues to attract passive and diverse competitor talent. - Candidate Experience - Is proactive in delivering status updates and providing closure to candidates. Interview prep is detailed and customized based on the candidate, interviewer, and role. - Business Management - a strategic business partner and trusted advisor to all levels of the business (VP+), helping them navigate complex hiring decisions with supporting data. Integrated with BU on workforce plans, with a clear understanding of organizational structure and talent implications.
