As part of the regional analyst under the Imaging, Printing and Document Solutions (IPDS), my jobscope includes the below but not limited to: 1. Ensuring the Worldwide and local deliverables are delivered to clients as scheduled - Hardcopy and Peripherals - Industrial Printer - Consumables (Ink and Toner supplies) - Document Scanner 2. Creating, maintaining and QC research databases 3. Participate in, or contributions to local or regional consulting projects 4. Liaise with vendors on a quarterly basis for guidance, answering inquiries related to the market trends and track client interactions. 5. Prepare custom deliverables based on contract and making sure all attributes are correctly delivered to clients 6. Perform secondary research on Rest of Asia Pacific to gauge the market for imaging products 7. Collaborate with other teams from different country, regions to work things more efficiently
On time execution of 4 trackers across 15 Asia Pacific countries to ensure deliverables are delivered on a quarterly basis. Perform research, data collection, statistical analysis using accepted techniques and methodology. Liaise with multiple vendors for guidance, claims and inquiries related to market trends, and track client’s interactions.
