I am an experienced Project, Programme and Change Manager with a track record of implementing organsiational strategy by delivering transformational change projects and programmes covering the full life cycle from early development stages through to transition to Business As Usual. Specialising in the integration of project and programme management with effective change management and organisation design and development approaches. Strong commercial awareness gained within the financial services industry as well as senior level management experience in the Higher Education and the Public Sector. As Director of Strategic Projects at Glasgow Caledonian University I support the implementation of its ambitious Strategy 2020 through a rolling programme of organisational change and transformation projects covering all aspects of the University.
