As an experienced people/team manager, I love building high-performing, cohesive agile teams with a can-do mentality. I enjoy working alongside business to identify the gaps where processes and technology need to come together to achieve the optimal result. My strengths are understanding what pieces need to fit together in order for business goals to become business reality. I love to champion technology as the means of continual change in organisations, while recognising that the commitment of individual people is key to achieving a company that is highly adaptive to changing markets. With 15 years' experience as a developer, I'm very comfortable managing technical landscapes. My areas of expertise include web- and application development, native apps, game technology, APIs and B2B systems. I'm passionate about translating business goals into tangible visions and concrete project tasks, and use a data-driven approach whenever possible.
