Being one step up from my work as a team leader, this position gave me a deeper insight into the business and added responsibility regarding leadership and management. Being the right hand of the Operations Lead, I assisted in everything from coaching team leaders to managing the group consisting of around 100 agents.
As a team leader, I took care of several managerial tasks including scheduling, performance coaching, general leadership, organizing meetings, and more.
