Results-driven information security leader with over 25 years of delivery-focused experience in cybersecurity. From application support and service delivery management to leading development and services organizations and managing IAM programs, including many years in management and senior leadership teams. Today I'm back where I'm happiest: close to the action. As Project & Program Manager I'm hands-on involved in Identity & Access Management (IAM), from implementing Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions to steering integrated IAM roadmaps working directly with teams, stakeholders and clients to turn strategy into tangible, secure results. After relocating from the Netherlands to Bavaria mid-2025 with my family, I embraced the opportunity to live and work in a new culture: learning the language (B2, progressing towards C1), building new networks, and continuing to grow both personally and professionally. My next step: a delivery-oriented, hands-on role in program, project or service delivery management in the information security domain, preferably in the Nuremberg/Erlangen metropolitan region or hybrid. Working closely with a dedicated project team. This role is a welcome and energizing next step following my relocation to Bavaria and a chance to re-engage professionally and contribute directly by being hands-on again.
