Experience

  • Director at Strategy & Change Implementation b.v.
    Jan 2004 - Present · 22 yrs 7 mos

Interim Manager and Management Consultant I have specialised in creating positive change in commercial organisations. From 2004 onwards I have done so in several organisations like: ANWB DSM ING Kristal Onderlinge 's-Gravenhage RVS SITA Troostwijk Ymere I will start to develop strategies which will invoke the change needed in dialogue with managers. This will be followed by an implementation plan which I will subsequentially carry out with project managers out of the organisation. I am at my best in organisations which have an ambition to develop but need a helping hand to structure the realisation. For me an organisation will only be effective if there is a balance between personal drives and the competencies which are required by the situation and ambitions. This means I will have in depth discussions with managers about their drives and how they personally see their role in bringing the organisation forward. I will use this energy to generate positive 'induction'.
