Combining my background in IT with a keen interest in design, content and communication, I lead the marketing team on a daily basis. I thrive in a role with many different facets, so I can put multiple skills at work. In my marketing operations role, my responsibilities include the operation and functionality of WoodWing's website, administering our marketing automation platform and its integration with our CRM, as well as owning a range of other systems, including our own internal digital asset management solution. On the content side, I've written product collateral, press releases, website content, newsletter and more – and, with my eye for detail, I'm a dreaded proofreader too ;-). I like to bring structure where there is none, so I develop templates and workflows when needed. And, on the side, I keep track of the marketing spent during the year.
