Results driven executive with over 35 years of experience, which the last 26 years into the automotive industry over processes and products for the electronic components, metal-mechanic, rubber hoses and plastic pipes extrusion, injection plastic molding applications (1k,2k,3k) and electronic assembly processes (Power train, suspension parts, lighting systems, painting (1k.2k), Sputtering and Chrome-cosmetics parts, engine plastic components, sealing). Experience as Plant Director on charge of strategic planning, P&L, Sales & Project Manager, operations, continuous improvement. Experience in starting operations for a new plant in Mexico, control of legal aspects for starting operations, transfer of production lines and development of new businesses. Experience working in multicultural and international environment reporting to the headquarters in Canada, US, Germany, France, China, Japan.
