Responsible for the purchasing and accounts payable departement (45 employees), forecast and controlling cash-out and costs, and continuously improvement of the purchase to pay processes using the Lean Six Sigma method. Integrated the Source to Pay operations of KPN Corporate Market and KPN Consulting in the Source to Pay operations of KPN NL.
