The role has been to restructure the companies approach with respect to small to largescale modularization. My directive has been to provide a framework and subsequent initiatives to create a successful standardized modularization framework and implementation across the global company. This has included, strategic plan development, assessment & identification across all disciplines, costing and schedule, governing document standardization, system improvements, internal and external marketing, The development and implementation has achieved alignment with the overall company strategy to improve performance, market share and customer satisfaction.
Assessment & development of Modularization programs for a number of large USA, Canada, Singapore, LNG & petrochemical projects. Conduct full cycle project management activities with respect to modules programs, from initial evaluation, design interface , project development, fabrication & execution to transport & logistics requirements. Formation of all respective module execution plans, construction sequencing, field non-manual, equipment plans and schedule, cost and discrete analysis. Evaluation and identification of module facilities, develop request for pricing packages (contracts) and review submissions. Perform study on viability of module facility partnerships and /or development in Gulf Coast, Mexico South America region.
