Appical – First Mover in Onboarding Software | Scaled to Global Success and Exit Appical was the first mover in onboarding software when founded in 2012. I helped scale the organization to serve clients in over 140 countries, including multinationals such as Allianz, Bosch, Heineken, KLM, HP, and the Dutch Ministry of Defence. Through a successful business transformation, Appical achieved a high Net Promoter Score (NPS) and maintained High MRR growth year over year. After three years of continuous expansion and strong market traction, we successfully exited and sold Appical to Visma.
Played a key role in the full M&A lifecycle for multiple high-growth HR technology companies, focusing on strategic analysis, coordination, and execution. Targeted companies demonstrated over 20% monthly recurring revenue (MRR) growth and strong scalability within the HR tech ecosystem.
