I have over 30 years’ experience as a leader in theological education and leadership formation. I draw from my educational experiences in Australia, the United States and the UK, my professional experiences in adult faith education and my personal experiences living and working with First Nations communities in the Northern Territory. I am currently working in the area of pastoral supervision, spiritual direction, professional development and retreat leadership.
I am a Member of the Australasian Association of Supervision (AAOS) and Supervisor Member of Transforming Practices. I am a member of the Management Committee of Transforming Practices. I am providing pastoral supervision for leaders of schools and pastoral ministries as well as people working in higher education and the corporate sector.
I provide online and in-person spiritual direction to those who are seeking a place and space to explore and reflect on their spiritual journey. I have experience working with both lay and ordained people. I work with people from all backgrounds and experiences.
Since 2018 I have been delivering retreats and professional development to a variety of educational institutions and systems. These include the Catholic Schools Diocese of Armidale and St Stanislaus College, Bathurst.
