Chemworld Fragrance Factory is an innovative mall-based fragrance one-stop shop concept that provides fragrance training for micro-entrepreneurs. Innolab is a cosmetics toll manufacturer that can cater to small order quantity requirements of SME's Job Function: - Oversees the overall operations of both the B2B and Retail Division. - As part of the Executive Committee, I spearheaded the following corporate changes: * Launch of the Annual Budget * Improvement of the Management Reporting of the Business Review * Initiated the Upgrade of the IT Infrastructure, ERP, and POS Systems * Created the Inventory Management and Control Group for the SCM needs of the company - Direct Reports: Nine from Middle Management Project Implemented for 2015: - IT Infrastructure Upgrade with a Budget of PhP 5 Million. - Responsible for the Marketing Budget of around Php 5 Million.
