Maintains current inventory level for the usage of operations per line. Create weekly, monthly and yearend inventory reports accurately. Recording in ERP and in manual spredsheet IN and OUT items and label inventory items that will be used. Coordinates with the Purchasing for the purchase orders of out of stocks items. Monitoring stocks transfer from plant A to Plant B. Monitoring incoming items from Suppliers.
In charge of San Simon operations in Logistics (trucking and warehousing and Support in Subic operations. Assist the Operations Manager in implement procedures and reporting commodity inventory (documentation, processing, and cargo releasing in vessel and trucks/receiving of shipment). Supervising of Monitoring, updating, incoming/outgoing cargo from both foreign and local vessels. Issue truck loading orders, delivery receipts, and other pertinent documents related to commodity deliveries. Coordination to fleet supervisor for the scheduling of trucks to load commodities for delivery. Coordinating to truckers for the truck units to use in delivery or using in transfer of commodities to other locations. Monitoring the whereabouts of trucks to ensure the deliveries are on time. Ensuring that all delivery schedules are executed as per the customer delivery schedule Communicating with customers and suppliers regarding delivery schedules of commodities. Validating truckers billing and send to fleet supervisor for processing of billing. Post all load outs immediately in the ERP System and folder per customer per commodity per vessel basis to keep record current and always available for reports, as required. Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams to ensure smooth execution. Coordinate with cargo handlers for the smooth operations of San Simon and Subic. Daily Task of operations and activity record updating; logistics daily/weekly/monthly/fiscal year report. Document processing and cargo releasing/receiving (Gate pass or Sub-gate GMS/ATW/Truck List). Supervise the Sorting and filing of shipment documents and records accordingly.
Double check the delivered materials if it’s correct vs. the delivery receipts. Isoladoting the damaged materials and coordinate to the suppliers for exchanging good materials replacement. Loading construction materials for scheduled delivery to costumers. Doing weekly, monthly inventory and reporting to management. Randomly checking the materials.
