• Assists the Total Rewards team in the administration of employee benefits programs. • Educates and guides on benefits matters regarding enrollment, eligibility, coverage, claims, and provisions. • Provides support for knowledge management activities, compiles and maintains benefits records and sensitive documentation, provides content input for employee training and information sessions, and may assist with content for organization-wide communications and required employee notices. • Coordinates with third-party administrators and carrier representatives to resolve administrative problems related to unemployment claims and benefits verifications. • Ensures personnel actions of employees and benefits changes are entered appropriately in systems and for payroll processing and assists with data auditing, cleanup and reporting. • Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
• Provides end-to-end comprehensive support on processes related to compensation, benefits, and incentives. • Handles employee inquiries and concerns regarding compensation, benefits, and incentives, ensuring to provide clear communication and timely resolution. • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data, ensuring accuracy and completeness for analysis, calculations, reporting and payouts. • Develops and maintains strong partnerships with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to align total rewards strategies with organizational objectives. • Responsible in coordinating with the overlapping topics with controlling, lifecycle, and payroll teams, understanding of end-to-end process, and use of the information in reporting.
• Provides end-to-end support to employees, line managers, and local HR through the execution of complex HR processes in line with existing policies and procedures, assuring high quality data management in Shell People (SAP) and Workday, as well as documentation throughout the process. • Implements procedural steps in Workday and manages entries in Shell People, such as but not limited to terminations and transfers. • Liaising with HR Business Partners, HR in the Country, employees, and line managers, to resolve HR-related cases. • Champions relationships with HR partners through the common goal of strengthening policies and procedures, providing updates on case status, gathering missing data necessary for case processing, identifying best practices, and knowledge sharing. • Handles complex processes (i.e. Severance) in addition to business-as-usual tasks. • Represents the team in interdepartmental activities such as reporting and testing.
