Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland
Growth‑driven marketing and communications leader with deep experience across both agency and client‑side environments. Equally comfortable shaping strategy or rolling up my sleeves to get things done, I’m at my best when connecting the dots, holding the bigger picture, and ensuring every activity aligns to the goals that matter. Highly autonomous, but energised by building teams, mobilising people, unlocking their strengths, and creating momentum. Leaving agency, I built a profitable consultancy from scratch, powered entirely by referrals. I began my career in Corporate and Financial PR, before being headhunted to establish Edelman’s Consumer Brands business in Ireland, taking full P&L ownership. I later stepped into the Deputy Managing Director role at Edelman and subsequently served as 'interim' MD with responsibility for the entire business. In 2008, I was appointed Head of Consumer Brands for EMEA, winning a contract for Edelman across 16 markets and taking responsibility for onboarding in each of these markets. I designed and delivered a communications training framework for Emirati professionals in Abu Dhabi. Across a decade as Deputy Managing Director of Edelman Dublin and three years operating at a global level, I led international programmes, guided high‑performing teams, and delivered work that drove commercial outcomes. I have a proven track record in building, directing, and managing award‑winning marketing and PR programmes that deliver measurable business impact. I’m a collaborative leader who thrives in integrated environments and knows how to align teams around shared objectives. A love of sport and music and a strong belief in the contribution and overlap of holistic wellbeing to business performance.
