    • Researcher
      Jan 2007 - Jan 2013 · 6 yrs 1 mo

In this position I worked on the development of CO2 capture technologies as well as acting as a focal point for advanced analysis. I did most of the work in close cooperation with external partners such as: BASF, JM, CSIC, Chalmers University, Ionimed Analytic, Vienna University, VITO, ECUST, Tsinghua University and others. Highlights were the development of a novel CO2 capture technology (post-combustion) with solid adsorbents in a fluidized bed as well as the detection of trace contaminants in syngas at sub-ppbv level.

  • Researcher at CERN
