I utilize the document when performing weekly coaching sessions. 4. (Trending production, run rate to completion, adjusting their daily and weekly goals. Coaching behaviors by reviewing calls in CX-One phone system. Having call calibrations during coaching sessions and typically reviewing 2-3 calls after to see where the disconnect may lie. Generally end session with a sales coaching video on YouTube to see if there are any tricks and tips. 5. Monitor calls most of my day (live and recorded).
