- Consult with hiring managers, and HR Business partners to clarify the Hiring demands - Screening, interviewing and offer through the Applicant Tracking System - Proactively identify and attract talent through Linkedln - Train and counsel hiring managers, HR Business Partners and other employees on the recruiting process including relevant systems - Evaluate candidates by conducting phone screens and/or video interviews - Ensure adherence to Siemens Energy talent acquisition policies and procedures and compliance with applicable governmental regulations and legislation
- Responsible for the recruiting of experts in the Engineering and IT Engineering sector - Active sourcing, through social media ( Linkedln, Xing, Stepstone) - Screening of resumes and CVs. - Sallary/Budget negotiation - Contacting experts via calling and emailing - Proactively searching for initial talent - Updating and Maintaining a clean Database
- Determining the staffing needs of your accounts and matching them with the expertise of our candidates/project workers - Actively reaching out to new and existing clients to present our service portfolio Creating individual offers and conducting price and contract negotiations - Acquiring and managing our project workers with disciplinary leadership responsibility Building and maintaining long-term, successful business relationships through personal or digital consultations - Actively contributing to the achievement of regional business goals
- Responsible for recruiting and sourcing supervisors in the piping Mechanical and civil disciplines for the chemical,petrochemical, and energy sectors. - Contacting candidates through cold calling, cold emailing, and Linkedln - Proactive sourcing. - Updating and Maintaining a clean Database. - Creating pipelines of potential hires through the use of Linkedln Recruiter Seat. - Preparing candidates for upcoming interviews with clients. - Resume screening and formating. - Negotiating with candidates regarding personal work preferences and salary
