Experienced HR Services Manager working in a fast changing Global HR & Payroll Operations environment. Extensive knowledge of HR administration processes (including Background Screening, Onboarding, Offboarding, Internal moves, Absence management and Overpayment), Time and Change Management. Possesses excellent interpersonal skills in building effective working relationships at all levels within and outside of the organization; able to lead by example while also maintaining the achievement of demanding service targets/business objectives through a positive can do attitude. Always seeking ways to develop and improve personally and professionally.
Responsibilities: • Lead HR JML (joiner-mover-leaver) teams supporting Europe, Africa, North America, and Latin America (41 countries, 25 people in my organization). • Searching for simplifications and improvement opportunities to increase productivity. • Lead process migration activities from market HR to JML teams. • Invoice management for 3rd party vendors giving us HR services (background check, exit interview management, redundancy package support). • Making sure SOP (standardized operational procedure) guides are prepared for all processes and maintenance work is happening. • Global Monthly Onboarding report preparation including internal moves.
Responsibilities: • Lead a team of HR JML Specialists and HR Lead Advisors working in 2 shifts supporting Europe, Americas, Africa. • Deliver standard and efficient Onboarding and Offboarding process to all Diageo markets on a high-quality level ensuring all KPIs are met. • Hold monthly service review calls for market HR Directors and HRBPs. • Workforce and escalation management.
