The purpose of the association is to raise awareness and promote equality, equity and parity between women and men at all levels of society. The Nine Equality Initiative organises events, meetings, workshops and charity events to further these goals.
Helping girls and young women living in disadvantaged areas of the Middle East reach their full potential. Focus on access to health and education, in partnership with locals NGOs.
Researched and wrote on Freedom of Religion or Belief in Central Asia, including preparing the first such report on Turkmenistan. Liaised with the EEAS on human rights concerns in Turkmenistan ahead of the country's Human Rights Dialogue 2016.
