Over the past 25+ years, I pursued my passion and proficiency in Digital Product Development while working predominantly in the payment and technology spaces, mostly with large multinational enterprises. In almost all cases I worked either at the client/corporate side with a tech/service provider or the other way around. Product teams and even whole product departments are too often expected to succeed under suboptimal circumstances. In many cases, this is due to room for improvement in the alignment across departments, and the thusly resulting suboptimal processes and structures of the organisation. It is also still quite common that the Product function is not directly represented at C-level, bringing its own set of challenges. Due to these and other issues, organisations face challenges in their structural design, their culture, and ultimately delivering true value to customers in a timely manner. In my work with product teams, senior product leaders and senior leadership teams I target systemic change, organised around three core pillars: 1. Value Delivery 2. Organisational Change 3. People Development Since 2012 I got to work with a number of organisations across different sectors, from digital agencies with few hundred people, over large IT organisations with 1,000s of people, to government organisations with 10s of thousands of people. This list includes ustwo, novoda, potato, razorfish, SIEMENS IT Service, UK's Ministry of Justice, IDEO, Automation Logic, Eyeo, and many product leaders I worked with one-to-one. "Georg has amazing credibility and has worked with some fantastic companies. He has so much experience of working with teams, he has an exercise or way to position every possible situation.
