Holder of the state architect diploma and training for project management in his own name "DE and HMNOP architect". After completing my university course at the Bordeaux School of Architecture, I was able to present my Accreditation project for project management in my own name in June 2020, within the same school of architecture. In addition, I had the opportunity to follow the year of professional experience within the Lacrouts Massicault agency as part of an 11-month fixed-term contract. After my HMNOP diploma, I had the opportunity to work freelance for 16 months with the AOCA agency. This experience allowed me to work on three projects for the rehabilitation of collective social housing, two projects in the competition phase and the last in the APD and PC phase. As part of these missions, I had the opportunity to develop skills in project management, in the context that I was required to coordinate the work between the project manager's group, to organize and distribute the tasks between the actors of the project and to ensure the follow-up of the work and the security of the give and the rendering in time. During my university career, I carried out many projects, within the framework of architectural competitions such as the international solar decathlon 2018 competition. In addition, I had the opportunity to carry out several internships in various architectural agencies, between others, the Saladin agency. This professional experience lasted 9 months, which allowed me to acquire solid experience both at the technical level and at the practical level insofar as I was called upon to intervene on construction sites. As part of this work, I was able to acquire a strong knowledge of the environment and the functions. As a Project Architect at Agence Sispeo, I spearheaded the design of major public facilities and landmark urban developments. My work focused on achieving a rigorous synthesis of environmental excellence, technical rationality, and landscape enhancement. Key Responsibilities & Achievements: Management of Complex Public Facility Projects: Responsible for leading the development of large-scale educational and commercial structures, managing the process from initial urban integration through to construction details. Bioclimatic Design & Sustainable Materials: Drove the application of French RE2020 environmental regulations. Implemented hybrid wood-concrete structures, natural convection ventilation systems, and championed the use of bio-based and geo-sourced materials (rammed earth, raw earth, timber). Topography & Circulation Management: Managed complex site constraints, including steep slopes, underground parking integration, and the separation and securing of pedestrian and delivery flows. Projects: - Inclusive Educational Hub (Nursery & Leisure Center): Features rammed earth. facades and an oasis-courtyard. - Champigny Market Hall (19.5m x 56m): Built on a sloping site, featuring a quadripod timber framework and a mezzanine brasserie. - Early Childhood Center in Oissel-sur-Seine: Designed to meet the strict RE2020 (2028 threshold) standards, utilizing a timber-concrete hybrid structure and landscaped patios. - Halle des 4 Routes in Asnières-sur-Seine: Reconfiguration of a temporary market esplanade into a clear, legible, and welcoming urban hub. - Early Childhood Center in Montrouge: Refurbishment, interior design, and space planning. - Office & Bus Depot for Moventia in Grasse: Facility accommodating 90 buses and 50 cars, including 800 m² of office space. - Facade Restoration in Montmartre: Historic stone building facade rehabilitation.
Contributed to large-scale social housing rehabilitation projects through public competitions and design–build procedures, focusing on urban regeneration and improvement of residents’ living conditions. AOCA is an architectural practice specialized in the renovation of collective social housing. Worked on public procurement tenders, gaining a strong understanding of administrative procedures, regulations, and tendering processes.
