Obtaining a bachelors degree in Finance and a minor in Real Estate Development at Auburn University, graduating in May 2027. Experience with real estate industry through role at IDI logistics as a summer intern with a focus on the development side. Technical skills through Microsoft Excel Expert Certification and training in Argus Enterprise. Experienced in communication and team management through roles like special projects at Wesley Prep Private School and lifeguard at Dallas Country Club. As an Eagle Scout, I developed leadership and teamwork skills, overseeing community service projects and mentoring younger scouts. Obtained the presidential service award for my work through the Young Men's Service League.
Gained hands on experience in the development and construction side of industrial real estate projects. Shadowed a superintendent on site for one week to learn daily operations and project management. Completed a full takeoff and assembled a bid package for a warehouse development project. Attended weekly OAC calls to understand how developers track project progress, budgets, and contractor updates. Sat in on due diligence calls and site visits to evaluate potential development opportunities.
Executed tasks such as maintenance jobs, inventory, traveling to the warehouse and small construction jobs. Communicated with the director of operations and staff about the needs of the school.
Supervised swimming activities around the pool and ensured that all policies were being followed.
