About

A strategic and operational executive with more than 25 years of experience, George has led complex, multi-unit organizations across entertainment, hospitality, media, and consumer-facing businesses. His work sits at the intersection of disciplined execution, institutional-scale strategy, and relationship-driven leadership, supporting organizations through growth, restructuring, and long-term value creation. As President of Jonas Group Entertainment, George has played a central role in transforming a single-entity talent management business into a diversified entertainment and hospitality platform. His leadership has spanned music publishing, recorded music, brand partnerships, catalog administration, live events, and hospitality, including the evaluation, structuring, and execution of approximately $65–70 million in music publishing and master recordings acquisitions. These artists and assets include the Jonas Brothers' catalog, reflecting the firm’s foundational roots, alongside works by Julia Michaels, Rhett Akins, Justin Ebach, and Amy Stroup / Danger Twins. He also co-architected an IP investment platform with $300 million in acquisition capacity. Trusted to manage complex stakeholder environments, George works closely with founders, creatives, investors, legal teams, and lenders to balance financial discipline with long-term relationship stewardship. In addition to entertainment assets, he led the national expansion of the Jonas family’s hospitality concept, Nellie’s Southern Kitchen, scaling the brand from a regional operation to a flagship venue at the MGM Grand Las Vegas. Earlier in his career, George spent 15 years at Active International, advancing through progressive leadership roles to Senior Vice President of Entertainment & Financial Services, where he helped to deliver $120 million in revenue and oversaw enterprise partnerships across multiple industries. He also founded Bridge & Tunnel Enterprises, working with globally recognized artists including Jonas Brothers, Demi Lovato, Nick Lachey, Lifehouse, and Blues Traveler—experience that continues to inform his ability to bridge creative vision with operational execution. Known for a calm executive presence, operational discipline, and values-based leadership, George brings integrity, humility, and a commitment to excellence to every organization he serves.
