Centrus is a boutique corporate finance business providing investment banking advisory and arranger services to a range of companies across the residential, infrastructure, energy & utilities, transportation, corporate and financial sectors. We specialise in "essential services" sectors within the economy where there are significant real assets. Our team of 65 is based in offices across London, Dublin and Athens, where we provide: • Corporate finance advice • Treasury strategy advice • Capital raising and arranger services - debt and equity • Hedging advisory and execution - interest rates, inflation, power • M&A - buyside and sellside My role is focused on capital raising and arranging across the entire Centrus client base. Managing Centrus' relationships with institutional investors, banks and credit funds.
Supporting Corporate & Institutional clients debt financing strategies and with end-to-end proposition: origination, structuring and execution of material credit events.
Completed 3 rotations on the Commercial Banking graduate scheme: Financial Markets - sales across Interest Rate, Foreign Exchange and Commodities markets. Corporate & Institutional Debt - supporting clients debt financing strategies. Corporate & Institutional Coverage - relationship management for £100m+ turnover clients in the Healthcare & TMT sectors.
Summer internship in the Wealth & Investment division
Spent a week focused on personal development and leadership skills whilst learning about educational inequality. Travelled to the Isle of Wight to spend a week employing these skills in the maths department of a struggling school. Helped in lessons and with pupil motivation, organised a GCSE maths clinic after school and taught a Year 9 maths lesson.
