I have over fifteen years of specialized experience in post production management, my core competencies lie in the orchestration of large-scale broadcast and video production projects. During my last role at NEEDaFIXER, our mission was to deliver exceptional multi-language commercial content that speaks directly to a diverse and global audience. My expertise in coordinating large budget productions aligned with NEEDaFIXER's global reach, enabled us to craft and create impactful films . Whilst working at previous post facilities in the UK, I led teams of Finishing Creatives and Post Producers, navigating complex projects like the Peroni Nastro Azzurro and Red Bull campaigns. These required meticulous attention to detail to deliver master versions for broadcast and cinema while creating a plethora of cutdowns for online and social media. These roles honed my abilities in post production management, ensuring that every piece of content, no matter the size, was produced to the highest standard.
