I’m currently studying Business Management as a third year student at the University of Brighton. I have a strong interest in organisation, communication, and customer service. Over the past five years, I’ve been working as a Customer Team Member at Co-op, which has given me a solid foundation in dealing with people, working under pressure, and keeping things running smoothly day-to-day. I’m now looking to take the next step into an administrative or assistant role where I can continue learning, contribute to a team, and build my career in a more office-based environment.
