Led the physical transitioning from Nestle's R&D facility in Solon to the new Nestle Development Center in Solon opened in mid-2015. Coordination of all transition functions including the safe movement of both asset and associates. Provided engineering and compliance recommendations and planning to the various functions and groups involved in the move, especially HACCP and ISO-12000 hygienic compliance issues.
Provided leadership to the Nestle Waters development engineering associates who provided equipment/technologies specifications for water processing (chemistry), PET processing (preforms and bottles), final bottling, and secondary packaging requirements. Included both retail and five gallon home/office products for the global Nestle Waters bottling facilities, especially Europe, Asia, and Africa. Some later involvement with tea bottling.
