A varied and adaptable skill set has allowed me to enjoy a wide array of professional experiences, but the common denominator often revolves around gifting in bringing organization and team building out of potential corporate inertia or interpersonal conflict. Clear strengths in public speaking have consistently been utilized to motivate, lead, and share information with larger groups of people via live performance or media broadcasting. A creative, "out-of-the-box" thought-process has assisted in problem solving; but also introduced forward-thinking to assist conventional organizations in remaining relevant.
Responsible for planning, management, logistics and execution of the organization's worship services, spiritual formation programs, and cultural events, establishing and building relationships with strategic partner organizations, individuals, and churches; and developing new programs and events to further their Christ-centered mission.

Recruits, Trains & Coordinates Musicians, Vocalists, Audio Technicians, Video Technicians, Ushers, Greeters, Liturgical Dance, Lay Speakers/Announcers and Guest Speakers. Led "Search Engine" ministry to ages 19-39. Led & coordinated weekly Prayer Services such as "MasterPeace". Directs Maundy Thursday Drama and/or coordinated Seder Dinner/Presentations. Plans and Coordinates Outdoor Pavilion Praise Boardwalk Ministry (co-creator since 1999). Provides teaching/preaching when and where necessary.
