Managing a sub- contract concrete package consisting placement of 16,000M2 concrete floors ramps & upstands -re-bar etc -Power float finish to required spec & tolerances. Carrying out the daily planning and organising of labour required for the task involved, coordinating work with other trades involved. Under take daily audits on Field View such as safe start for operatives, plant also all Quality Inspections.
Installation of infrastructure required for P.V. ground systems.
Civils package consisting of placement of internal - external concrete floors and hard stands,kerbs, block paving, retaining walls, also placement tarmac areas.
